Modern science continues to present new evidence as to how trauma is encoded in the DNA and passed down to further generations. By awakening to the possibility of ancestral healing through breathing techniques, shamanic journeying and guided visualization we may access deeper levels of ourselves and our own creativity.
In this series of workshops we will come together in a comfortable, safe and playful space using a wide range of powerful tools to work on recognizing and releasing unconscious negative patterns that may have been incurred in this lifetime, or passed through many generations.
We will work on restoring balance, overcoming toxic emotions, and learning how to create healthier ways for ourselves, our clients and our descendants. These methods ignite a process of changing genetic material and initiate the healing process.
Specific dietary and lifestyle recommendations will also be offered towards self care, longevity, improved immunity and enhanced brain function.
Participants are requested to bring a photo or two of their maternal or paternal ancestors. Bring a journal if you wish, and a rattle if you can!
